Abstract

This article shows how education represents an introduction to reality through a significant language. It deals on education as part of the ethical-political value of the logos in Aristotle, and then the topic of Socratic dia-logos is developed, underlying the notion of logos-semantikós. Some considerations about dialogic reason and its essential role in education are also made. Finally, some proposals in order to face up to certain elements of perplexity concerning current education, particularly in our country, are suggested.
