In this article we study the action of the teacher in Thomas Aquinas's doctrine, showing how is able to reconcile, both communicative action of the teacher, as the principality of the action of the student, as well as the significance of the science acquired by him. In this regard the thought of Aquinas appears as an alternative to contemporary constructivism.References
