Abstract

Based on many scientists who contest the evolutionist theory, the author points out that it lacks of any empiric ground. Furthermore, the real author of this theory was Herbert Spencer. Darwin knew it and rejected it because it is not scientific. Really, it is very different from his own doctrine; this doctrine must be defined like that of the natural selection, otherwise, that of the descendence with modification. By means of these mechanisms Darwin expects, according the economic liberal hypothesis, that it will explain all the unlimited variety of species living today in the planet. But not only biologists and paleontologists oppose this theory, but physical Scientists and mathematicians have demonstrated its impossibility.
